Carol's Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

Can It Get Any Easier Then This?



Ingredients:

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup italian style dried bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 (4oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.   Line baking sheet with parchment paper.  Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika  on plate.  Moisten chicken with water.  Coat in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on nonstick baking sheet.  Bake until cooked through, 20-25 minutes.



Variations:

Cheesy Chicken Parm 
Prepare chicken as above.  After baking 20 minutes, remove from oven.  Place one slice of Mozzarella Cheese on top of each chicken cutlet.  Spoon 2 to 3 Tablespoons of Marinara or other tomato based pasta sauce on top.  Return to oven and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes until cheese begins to melt.


Serves 4
